Delivery
Delivery is free for all products to Mainland Spain. We aim to have your product delivered within 48 hours of payment. In some cases this may not be possible due to national holidays or weekends. Please allow 5 working days after payment for delivery.
If you are outside of mainland Spain or the areas specified, please contact us for a delivery price.
returns policy
We are sure you will be very happy with your purchase, however, if you would like to return it for whatever reason you can do so within 7 days of delivery. Returns are only accepted if the item is unused and returned undamaged in the original packaging. You will only be charged for the return as the initial delivery is free.

We will contact you to inform you of the return delivery cost, and then arrange for the item to be collected from you. Once the item is received we will issue a refund, less the collection charge if applicable.
damaged items
All items are carefully inspected before they are dispatched and should therefore reach you in perfect condition. If this is not the case please contact us straightaway using the return form or call us on 951 319 123.
