Select and order your chosen items from our range of great products online today and be enjoying them in your pool or at the beach within 3 to 5 working days. Your order will be delivered to your door at no extra cost (mainland Spain).
ordering - online
Browse the site adding any products you want to buy to your shopping cart, when you have finished browsing go to Check Out and make your payment. We will send you an email confirmation and your order will be dispatched.
ordering - by phone
We offer secure online ordering to ensure your financial safety and make online purchasing convenient and worry-free. However, we realise that some customers do not feel comfortable ordering online. For this reason you can purchase over the phone, call 951 319 123 to place an order

delivery
Delivery is free for all products to mainland Spain. We aim to have your product delivered within 48 hours of payment. In some cases this may not be possible due to national holidays or weekends. Please allow 5 working days after payment for delivery.
If you would like to purchase a product and its delivery is outside of mainland Spain please contact us at info@vivapools.com so we can give you an individual shipping cost.

When placing an order with vivapools.com we request information to allow us to process and fulfil your order (for example name, delivery address, email, phone number). This information will not be disclosed to any 3rd parties. Credit and debit card payments are processed securely and directly via the 4B online payment system via an external secure server.
